Designed by L. G. Halliberg & Co. in 1916 this Beaux Arts structure was one of the first vintage high rises north of North Ave. and once was home to members of the merchant class. Spiegel, Ward, and Goldblatt families all called this prestigious address home. The interior renovation of this apartment stays true to those Beaux Arts roots from the Chinoiserie hand painted wall covering and fabrics in the bedrooms to the finely detailed rusticated plaster walls of the entry.
